Our services

These subsidies can be obtained only via successful grant applications. Fully-comprehensive project management
By offering fully-comprehensive project management services, we provide support in securing non-reimbursable subsidies, loans on favourable terms and other financing possibilities in line with your enterprises’ medium and long-term goals.
Project generation
We offer to construct a specific Development Plan, appropriate to your concepts and the relevant information available. Preliminary financial, accounting and economic research is carried out, in order to obtain information on current opportunities.
We offer to conduct any grant proposals or business plans mentioned in the Development Plan, and to assist in searching for partners or finding your own resources. In the case that you do not have a specific plan but would like to participate in grant applications, our company provides support in increasing the enterprise’s competitiveness.
Following the complete elaboration of the project, the documentation of the proposal is compiled in line with the grant’s terms and conditions. In the case of proposals which are granted, we offer to support the project throughout its implementation and provide legal, public procurement and financial consultancy.
Proposal building, follow-up
Our experts have more than 10 years of professional experience, ensuring that proposals are managed in a professional manner in any kind of development field, including infrastructure and technology, R&D, tourism, regional and town development, energy, education, social and health matters, and non-profit activities.

Dear Client,
We provide you with support in creating a monitoring system that is relevant to the type of the project, and meets the requirements of the specifications from its outset. We provide continuous assistance in monitoring activity following the implementation of the project, according to your demands.
In the case that you already have a granted proposal and need support in account consolidation, in the elaboration of the project reports, or if the monitoring is not proceeding on schedule or in an acceptable manner, we are available to help you out. We also undertake account consolidation for those partners who submitted their proposal using an alternative route, but cannot meet the requirements of the reporting obligations.
Public procurement consultancy
Important factors in national and European support are public procurement and related consultancy. InnoConsult Group Hungary Ltd., working with public procurement experts who are aware of the demands of the market, is at the disposal of those companies that need technical or professional support in the course of the announcement of public procurements. Furthermore, we are able to prepare public procurement documentation for proposers looking to run for tenders in any field.
Studies, business plans
It is often the case that preliminary planning is necessary for bigger projects or credit inquiries. InnoConsult Group Hungary Ltd., in close co-operation with its partner network, undertakes the elaboration of feasibility studies, and business plans as individual documents.
